Wipotnik Receives Orientation Pilot Ribbon

Congratulations to Lt. Col. Lou Wipotnik of the Palwaukee Composite Squadron on his recent receipt of the Cadet Orientation Pilot Ribbon which is presented to CAP Cadet Orientation Pilots who fly fifty (50) cadets or more over the course of their CAP service.
